Returning Jeopardy! Champion From CT To Make Second Appearance On Show

A Connecticut native will soon make her second appearance on Jeopardy! a day after winning big during her first round on the show.

Kate Campolieta, a corporate communications specialist from Simsbury in Hartford County, will appear on an episode airing on Wednesday night, July 5 at 7 p.m. on ABC.

The episode will mark Campolieta's second time on the show, following her first appearance during an episode that aired on Tuesday, July 4.

During this first appearance, Campolieta beat out her competition and was able to take home a whopping $11,513, making her a returning champion for Wednesday's episode.

Campolieta will now face off against high school English teacher Aubrey Gilleran of Charlotte, North Carolina, and social media coordinator Anji Nyquist of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
